Since Knive from Svarte Greiner (Miasmah boss Erik Skodvin), the world has been waiting eagerly for the next addition to the acoustic doom canon. Maybe fitting then, that it should also come from Oslo, as we all know that Norway is home to everything that is dark and all that is desolate. Sistereis is the debut solo release from Tommy Jansen aka Elegi, a man who besides crafting effortlessly mysterious Lynchian soundscapes, takes time out of his everyday life to go wreck-diving.

Considered unimaginably over-the-top and atonal at the time, the early sounds of hardcore punk don't sound nearly as noisy decades later. Dare we say, they even sound a bit poppy and tightly conceived in comparison with the uncompromisingly bleak, rushed, and amelodic sounds of today's underground hardcore groups. That's not to take away from the undeniable influence and power of first-generation hardcore.

Paying For It - Chester Brown















Paying For It, "a comic strip memoir about being a john", is a graphic novel by award-winning Canadian cartoonist Chester Brown, released by Drawn and Quarterly on May 3, 2011. The book is concerned with Brown's "two competing desires--the desire to have sex, versus the desire to NOT have a girlfriend." Brown's solution to the problem is to forgo traditional boyfriend/girlfriend relationships and marriage and to take up the life of a "john" by frequenting prostitutes. Brown comes to advocate prostitution as superior to the "possesive monogamy" of traditional male-female relations, which he debates with his friends throughout the book, and then presents his views in detail in the 50-page text section, that includes a 23-part appendix and footnotes, which closes the book. Despite being about the separation of sex from romantic love, Brown says, "It is a type of love story."

Poznanstvo sa Antilopom, Tajlanđankom, je sklopljeno preko Internet-porno stranica. Pripovijedač romana, Sniježni, u flešbekovima prepliće vrijeme prije i poslije katastrofe. On je jedini preživjeli čovjek, uz njega borave i Koščeva djeca, “nova nacija”, nastala genetskim inženjeringom. Ta vrsta će naslijediti ljude. Oni imaju promijenjen mozak, bez rušilačkih osobina, koji je prethodinike doveo do takvog stanja. Oryx and Crake is a post-apocalyptic science fiction novel by the Canadian author Margaret Atwood. Atwood has at times disputed the novel being science fiction, preferring to label it speculative fiction and "adventure romance" because it does not deal with 'things that have not been invented yet' and goes beyond the realism she associates with the novel form.^[3] Oryx and Crake was first published by McClelland and Stewart in 2003 and was also shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize for Fiction that same year.

Trula koalicija je ime srpske pank-rok grupe koju je vodio Predrag Drčelić Skaki (Pešo) iz Gornjeg Milanovca, a uz njega su u grupi bili standardni članovi kragujevačke grupe „KBO!“. Grupa je osnovana 1986., a postoji i danas, međutim retko je koncertno aktivna.Grupa je izdala nekoliko albuma, od kojih je svakako najpoznatiji „Plakao sam kad je pala Sekuritatea“, izdat 1992. godine.

Trula Koalicija is a punk-rock band from Serbia. This is the third project of a guitar player/producer Vuja from Kragujevac, Serbia, the other two are “KBO!” (original) and “Zvoncekova bilježnica” (with Tozza Rabassa from Arandjelovac). The band was formed during ’90s in Serbia. An inspiring time for political, military and streetwise lyrics. Album “Plakao sam kad je pala Sekuritatea” has the original logo on the album cover, which is a 5-end-star joined with the Swastika mark. Unfortunately and reasonably banned from Last.fm.

One day, Sang-Hun walks along a residential road and spits on the sidewalk. He unintentionally hits a brash young high school student named Yeon-Hee (Kim Kkot-Bi). When Yeon-Hee tells Sang-Hun to clean up his mess, he knocks her out with a punch to the face. Sang-Hun then sits across from her until she regains consciousness. He offers to buy the girl a beer and the beginnings of an unusual friendship occurs.

Priča kaže da su braća Arkadij (1925-1991) i Boris (1933) Natanovič Strugacki počeli da pišu naučnu fantastiku zbog opklade u flašu pića. Kako god bilo, njen rezultat ostavio je dubok trag u svetskoj naučnoj fantastici. Nekoliko prvih knjiga (romani “Zemlja purpurnih oblaka” iz 1958, “Put u Amalteju” iz 1960, “Stažeri” iz 1962. i zbirka “Šest šibica” iz 1960) slede obrazac Jefremovskog optimističkog puta ljudi u svemir i borbe sa nepovoljnim uslovima na novim planetama.

A spaceship, propelled by a prototype photon engine, sets off for Venus, which at that time, is an enigmatic and unexplored planet covered by clouds. The tasks of the crew are a) to test the prototype engine in field conditions and b) to locate and set radio beacons on the s.c. "Uranium Golconda" (a place with incredibly large heavy metals deposits), presumably, found somewhere on the second planet of the Solar System. As the crew ventures into the depths of Venus, unknown dangers take them out one by one, so only a half of them returns home after accomplishing the mission - all badly damaged, both physically and mentally. However, their feat was the first milestone in colonizing Venus and the first step into the glorious XXII century.

Bizarro story surrounding an ex-drummer/writer who has purposely joined a band of slightly handicapped men. His reason is just really for the experience, and to escape his little world. With the personalities and behaviors of these other band-mates, it doesn't take long for our Ex-Drummer to realize it probably wasn't the greatest idea. Ex-Drummer is one hell of a unique flick. With insane conversations, loads of sexual themes (especially homosexuality), some serious violence, and quite possibly the biggest penis ever in a movie, Ex-Drummer succeeds on all types of levels. Even more so, it does great in the acting department as well. Everything production wise, it does with really any faults.

Maruo graduated from junior high school in March 1972 but dropped out of senior high school. At the age of 15 he moved to Tokyo . Many of Maruo's illustrations depict graphic sex and violence and are therefore referred to as contemporary muzan-e (a subset of Japanese ukiyo-e depicting violence or other atrocities.)

Maruo also has a fascination with human oddities, deformities, birth defects, and "circus freaks." Many such characters figure prominently in his stories and are sometimes the primary subjects of his illustrations.

Nova (1968) is a science fiction novel by Samuel R. Delany. Nominally space opera, it explores the politics and culture of a future where cyborg technology is universal, yet major decisions can involve using tarot cards. It has strong mythological overtones, relating to both the Grail Quest and Jason's Argonautica for the golden fleece. Nova was nominated for the Hugo Award for Best Novel in 1969.
By the year 3172, political power in the galaxy is split between two factions: the older Earth-based Draco and the historically younger Pleiades Federation. Both have interests in the even newer Outer Colonies, where mines produce trace amounts of the prized power source Illyrion, the superheavy material essential to starship travel and terraforming planets.
